You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide a replacement or refund if you choose to change your mind. Any refund or replacement is at the sole discretion of Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd.

For your first order we request you provide appropriate age verification evidence. If you are unable to provide this, please do not place an order. If you place an order, and you are unable to provide age verification evidence, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

As part of using or placing orders on our website you verify the person receiving your order of whisky is over 18 years of age.

For security purposes we may request you provide evidence that the use of the credit card is authorised by the credit card holder. If there is any doubt, Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund. We take credit card fraud very seriously, and any attempt to obtain goods by the unauthorised use of a credit card will be referred to the appropriate financial institutions and authorities. 

Errors & omissions may occur from time to time. Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Cancellation of any order is at the sole discretion of Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd. 

Every attempt has been made by Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd to accurately describe the Product which includes an indicative image of the Product. However it is not possible to include an image of every bottle for sale. Minor label and/or packaging scuff occur from time to time and these do not constitute a major fault in the Product and hence a return or refund in these instances will not be approved by Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd. If you require a bottle of whisky in pristine condition, please request additional images BEFORE purchasing.   

When purchasing from Panda Spirits Group Pty Ltd you agree to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
